About Us

“Build It and They Will Come”

When we first built the rink in 2020, there wasn’t a grand plan, just a love for the game and a belief that if we built it, people would come. And they did. From local kids to lifelong hockey fans, from first-time skaters to players from across the country, The Farm Rink has become a gathering place for everyone who loves the game—and the great outdoors.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a one-of-a-kind hockey experience that brings people together, fosters growth, and celebrates both the sport and the land it’s played on. Whether you’re lacing up for the first time or reliving the good old days of pond hockey, The Farm Rink is a place where memories are made, friendships are forged, and traditions live on.

Our Story

At the end of a dead-end road, with a shoestring budget and repurposed materials, we found a way to merge our favorite activities into a one-of-a-kind experience that we love sharing with others. The Farm Rink is a place where hockey comes alive under open skies, and where the beauty of farm life adds something special to every visit.

Together, we’ve created something entirely new, an experience that blends sport, nature, and agriculture. You can skate, play, and compete, but you can also slow down, meet the animals, lend a hand, and appreciate the rhythms of farm life.

The Farm Rink is more than a rink. It’s where memories are made, where kids and adults alike discover teamwork and grit, and where you can experience hockey and the outdoors in a way you’ve never experienced before. This rink is a labor of love and proof that sometimes doing things differently is exactly the right way.
